All went very well with the trip, the reservations were as expected. All the planning met the expectations, the hotel in Bourron-Marlotte was spectacular, beautiful and very welcoming. The service provided by your ground agent was exceptional, from our arrival to the airport to the tours through Paris and Versailles, was always a step beyond to walk us, explain us, take us and bring us despite the inconveniences (which really reduced to the traffic to go and return from the hotel to Paris and back to the hotel).
As for the organization of the trip, I would like to extend you, Carlos, our sincere thanks for making this experience something memorable. Every moment you were there and always aware of everything and communicate each detail and resolve our doubts about everything.
